| MEGA firm is lead manufacturer of box and tipper semitrailers in Poland. The Head Office is located in Nysa where we have 50000 m2 surface production hall and whole plant occupies 145000 m2 area. It's activity MEGA started in January 2005. From the begining production was very dynamically developing. In the first year of activity MEGA we produced 200 semitrailer which were tested and gained our client's recognition, which had it's effect in further purchases and gaining new clients. After two years of activity, the number of produced semitrailers raised up to 80 itemsper month and still raising. Constantly improved productional lines allows outcome to grow. In production of semitrailers we use best quality materials like attrition-proof aluminum, DOMEX Swedish construction steel, as well as best quality parts available on European market: between other German label SAF axles or own production MEGA axles, ASPOCK lighting, HALDEX, KNORR-BREMSE and WABCO breaking systems, JOST supporting pads, PENTA and HYVA hydraulic actuators. High quality level of produced MEGA semitrailers is a effect of long-term experiences as well as opinions in cooperation with OPOLTRANS clients. In MEGA semitrailers we use proven and professional construcional solutions, as well as proven and available, on whole European market, replacement parts. Modern machine park as well as using modern productional technologies allows for constant raise of produced semitrailers amount with keeping quality on very high level. Result of professional solutions, modern production, innovative ideas as well as experiences in automotive branch is MEGA semitrailer, reliable and cheap in exploitation. Each semitrailer passed circumstantial egzamination and series of road tests, which prooved reliability and unfailurability as well as highest quality of our products. Every semitrailer have current homologation. |
